** I ask a retainer of $2500 at the time you authorize me to prepare the case. It will normally take about one month before I can send you a draft of the proposed drawings. You can review the draft and, if you want changes, you are entitled to one rewrite in the original estimate. If more than one rewrite is needed, I must charge $400 per hour, however, this usually does not happen. When you are satisfied with the draft, the $1500 balance of my fee is due and, if you're using my draftsman, his fee is due. It will then take about 3 weeks to get the case in final form for your signature and mail it to the Patent Office with the government filing fee.
